When enabled, administrators can manually add archive entries for web pages. External URLs and external-source video media are archived from the Digital Asset Inventory using the "Archive URL" operation, which prefills the same form. Disabling hides both flows.

Archive Documents and Videos
1. In Inventory, select an asset and choose Queue for Archive.
2. Return here and select Archive Asset.
Archive Web Pages and External Resources
Click Add Manual Archive Entry to archive a web page that is not tracked in the file inventory. Entries are added directly to the public Archive Registry and do not require the two-step file workflow.
